Clayton Adams is a special education teacher, labor leader, and organizer from Cincinnati’s west side. A longtime advocate for public education and working families, Clayton currently serves as Vice President of Organizing for the Cincinnati Federation of Teachers and has spent years involved in grassroots Democratic and neighborhood organizing throughout Hamilton County.

Professionally, Clayton works with high school students with autism and significant disabilities at Cincinnati Public Schools, where he has dedicated his career to supporting students, families, and inclusive educational opportunities. Beyond the classroom, he has served in numerous leadership roles within labor, political, and community organizations, including the Hamilton County Democratic Party, the Cincinnati Democratic Committee, and the West Price Hill Community Council.

Clayton believes the Democratic Party is strongest when it is rooted in neighborhoods, connected to working people, and committed to year-round organizing and community engagement.
